Players made suggestions and we listened! The ability to scan Draw game tickets AND Scratch game tickets to see if they are winners, and the ability to collect points from non-winning tickets for merchandise were the two most common requests.

Go to My Lottery 360° website and log in using your current e-mail address and password. Once logged in you can enter your account details on the profile page. Once you have updated your information, scroll down and click on the save account details button.

How do I earn points for entering tickets?
There are two ways to collect points:
Points – Enter non-winning Draw (no advance play or multi-Draw) tickets or non-winning Scratch tickets to receive points.
Achievements – Each eligible ticket entered will move you closer to accomplishing designated achievements. Once achievements are met, you will receive designated points.
Can players still enter tickets manually if they do not have a smartphone to scan tickets?
Absolutely! Tickets can be entered manually on the player’s mobile phone or on their computer.
Do players need to keep their tickets after entering for points?
You do not need to keep your non-winning ticket once entered through the mobile APP or website.
Is there a limit on how many tickets a player may enter?
Although there is not a specific limit on the number of tickets that you may enter, there is a monthly limit on the amount of points you may earn. Your monthly points limit is up to 5,000 points. Once you earn 5,000 points, you will no longer be eligible to earn points or Achievement points until the first day of the following month. Tickets entered after you have reached either your monthly point limit do not accumulate points toward a future month.
Do points expire?
Points expire at the end of the next calendar year from which they are earned. For example, if a player earns points between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, those points will expire on December 31, 2020.
What happens if a player has not reached an Achievement and it expires?
If you have not reached an achievement by the expiration date, the progress toward completing the achievement is forfeited. The expiration date for each achievement will be stated on the home page, and “My Rewards” page.
What gift cards are available in the Points for Prizes™ Store?
E-gift cards are available from a variety of store brands and many chain restaurants nationwide.
Can prize orders be cancelled or returned?
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been submitted. Players should check all details carefully on the order confirmation page before submitting their order.
Can I return a defective item?
Defective items can be returned if reported and returned within 30 days of receipt. To report a defective item, please call 1-800-201-0108.
