What is My Lottery 360°?

Washington's Lottery My Lottery 360° is a rewards program that allows you to collect points by submitting eligible non-winning tickets through the Washington's Lottery Mobile App or mylottery360.walottery.com. Your points can be used to purchase items from the Rewards Catalog.

My Account/Profile

Do I have to be a resident of Washington to sign up for My Lottery 360°?

No. The program is open to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

How old do I need to be to sign up for a My Lottery 360° account?

At least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

How do I sign up for a My Lottery 360° account?

On the Lottery's website, click on JOIN MY LOTTERY. On the Lottery's mobile app, Tap MORE, then tap

CREATE ACCOUNT.

Ticket Entry/Points

How do I earn points?

There are two ways to earn points:

  • Points – Enter eligible non-winning Draw (no advance play or multi-Draw) tickets or non-winning Scratch tickets to receive points

  • Achievements – Complete designated achievements to earn more points to redeem in the Rewards Catalog. Achievements may include entering specific non-winning Draw* or Scratch game tickets and/or a specific dollar value of non-winning Draw* or Scratch game tickets. *No Advance Play or Multi-Draw Tickets.

How many points are my tickets worth?

Eligible non-winning Scratch or Draw tickets are worth one point per $1 value (a $10 ticket is worth 10 points).

How do I enter my tickets?

From any eligible non-winning Washington's Lottery Scratch ticket, remove the entire scratch-off material from the front of the ticket. The barcode will be located near the bottom of the ticket. Use the Lottery's mobile app to scan the barcode and enter it into My Lottery 360°.
From any eligible non-winning Washington's Lottery Draw ticket, the web code will be located near the top of the ticket. Use the Lottery's mobile app to scan the barcode and enter it into My Lottery 360°.

Can I enter non-winning tickets manually?

Absolutely! Tickets can be entered manually using any web browser.

Do I need to keep my non-winning tickets after entering for points?

You do not need to keep your non-winning tickets once entered through the mobile app or website.

Where can I find my current points balance?

There are three ways to check your points balance:

  • Make sure you are logged in on the mobile app.

  • Scan and enter a ticket.

  • Your point balance is shown after each ticket is entered.

    OR

  • Make sure you are logged in on the mobile app.

  • Tap the REWARDS button at the bottom of the mobile app.

  • When REWARDS opens, your points balance is shown.

    OR

  • Make sure you are logged in on mylottery360.walottery.com.

  • When logged in, your points balance is shown.

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can enter?

Although there is not a specific limit on the number of tickets that you may enter, there is a daily and monthly limit on the number of points you may earn. Your daily limit is 500 and monthly points limit is up to 15,000 points. Once you earn 15,000 points, you will no longer be eligible to earn points or Achievement points until the first day of the following month. Tickets entered after you have reached your monthly point limit do not accumulate points toward a future month.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire at the end of the next calendar year from which they are earned. For example, if a player earns points between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, those points will expire on December 31, 2025.

What happens if I did not reach an Achievement and it expires?

If you have not reached an Achievement by the expiration date, the progress toward completing the Achievement is forfeited.

Points Redemption

How do I redeem my points?

Visit the Rewards Catalog to redeem points.

Will the items in the catalog change?

Yes. Catalog items can change daily.

What gift cards are available in the catalog?

E-gift cards are available from a variety of store brands and many chain restaurants nationwide and can change periodically.

Can I cancel an order or return a reward?

Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been submitted. Check all details carefully on the order confirmation page before submitting your order.

What if I did not receive my physical item?

Contact Support Services. If it is determined that the item was never delivered, we may resend the item. Please note, we can only resend orders once.

Can I return a defective item?

Defective items can be returned if reported and returned within 30 days of receipt. To report a defective item, please call 1-833-256-0384.

Can points be transferred from one account to another?

No.

Can I enter a ticket more than once for points?

No.

Are the points worth cash? Can I redeem them for cash?

No, points do not have a cash value.

How long will it take to receive the items that I redeem through the catalog?

Items should be delivered within one to three weeks.

How long will it take to receive my digital gift cards?

Items should be delivered to your email address within a couple hours.

Can I ship my items to any address?

No. Your catalog items must be shipped to the address associated with your account.

Can I send my digital gift card to any email address?

No. Your digital gift card must be sent to the email address associated with your My Lottery 360° account.
